李娜，管理学博士，西安交通大学人文社会科学学院社会学系副教授，硕士生导师，中国社会工作学会儿童社会工作专业委员会理事。近年来主要围绕儿童社会工作、社会服务项目评估等议题展开研究，主持国家社会科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、以及其他省部级项目共6项，作为核心成员参与国家自然科学基金项目、国家社会科学基金项目等课题9项，参与西安交通大学在中国农村地区实施的儿童社会能力提升干预项目“让我们做朋友——陕西”第一期和第二期的实施与评估。出版专著和研究生教材3部，在SSCI/SCI、CSSCI期刊发表学术论文10余篇。承担本科生课程《社会政策分析与倡导》、研究生课程《社会工作项目评估专题》，参与本科生课程《社会工作实务》、本科生核心通识课《公益与慈善》、研究生课程《儿童社会工作专题》。

研究领域：儿童社会工作、社会组织参与社会治理、社会服务项目评估。
