Jing Xu is an associate professor at the department of sociology, school of humanities and social science, at the Xi’an Jiaotong University. She received her Ph.D. degree in energy and environmental policy from University of Delaware. Her research interests focus on climate change, dual carbon goals, Chinese environmental policy and environmental NGOs.
