Jing Xu is an associate professor at the department of sociology, school of humanities and social science, at the Xi’an Jiaotong University. She received her Ph.D. degree in energy and environmental policy from University of Delaware in the US. Her research interests focus on Chinese environmental policy, environmental governance, environmental NGOs. climate change, dual carbon policies.
