Personal:Tuo Jianqing, born on 25thDec.1978, Shawan, Xinjiang. He is a specially appointed academic staff in Department of Philosophy, Xi’an Jiaotong University. He is doctor in Literature and post doctor in philosophy. Now he is supervisor of Ph.D students and selected to join in “the youth talent support program” in Xi’an Jiaotong University.
