方小笛，西安交通大学人文学院副教授。西安交通大学哲学博士。现为中国高等教育学会音乐教育专业委员会会员、陕西省音乐家协会会员、陕西省合唱协会理事、全国社会艺术水平钢琴考级评委、西安交通大学人文学院音乐教育中心主任。研究方向：音乐美学。

主持、参与省部、校级等各级项目十余项。其中主持《音乐课程人才培养模式改革和创新研究——以“拔尖创新人才班”为例》，西安交通大学2016年本科教学改革项目；主持西安交通大学本科“十三五”学科规划——《音乐鉴赏》MOOC课程建设，2016.5；主持西安交通大学本科“十三五”学科规划——音乐课程教材建设，2016.5；主持陕西省艺术科学规划课题——陕西省普通高校音乐教育现状调查和对策分析，2008.10。

在CSSCI及音乐类重要刊物发表论文十余篇。其中《人性的隐匿与解放——以中世纪到20世纪的西方音乐发展为例》发表于西安交通大学学报，2013.7；《凡音之起乐由心生——于右任《望大陆》诗歌曲创作理念与音调设计》发表于西安交通大学学报，2016.5；《康德人本主义音乐美学研究》发表于西安交通大学学报，2017.1。

获省部级等各级奖项十余项。其中参与译谱的《西安鼓乐古曲谱集》一书获西安市第七次社会科学优秀成果壹等奖，2011.9、获“陕西省第十次哲学社会科学优秀成果奖”叁等奖，陕西省人民政府，2012.1；独立指导张伟耀参加“第二十三届‘校园之春’陕西省大中学生文化艺术节陕西省大学生钢琴大赛决赛暨钢琴音乐会”获壹等奖第一名，2012.6；获第四届KAWAI亚洲钢琴大赛（陕西赛区）优秀教师奖，独立，2013.5；独立指导西安交通大学张伟耀、肖雪获第四届KAWAI亚洲钢琴大赛（陕西赛区）初级双钢琴组三等奖（一、二等奖空缺），2013.5；独立指导西安交通大学张伟耀、肖雪获第四届KAWAI亚洲钢琴大赛总决赛双钢琴初级组（业余组）第六名，2013.5；获2016年陕西省普通高等学校公共艺术教育课程教学展示活动二等奖，独立，2016.8；《音乐鉴赏》（第二副主编）获西安交通大学第十六届优秀教材特等奖，2018.7。

Among them, Xi'an Drum Music Ancient Music Collection won the seventh social science outstanding achievement first prize in Xi'an, the third prize in 2011.9, the 10th philosophical and social science outstanding achievement prize in Shaanxi Province, Shaanxi Provincial People's Government, 2012.1; independently directed Zhang Weiyao to participate in the 23rd Campus Spring in Shaanxi Province，Shaanxi University Student Piano Competition Final and Piano Concert "won the first prize, 2012.6; won the fourth KAWAI Asian Piano Competition (Shaanxi Competition Area) Excellent Teacher Award, independent, 2013.5; independently directed Xi'an Jiaotong University Zhang Weiyao, Xiao Xue won the fourth KAWAI Asian Piano Competition (Shaanxi Province) The third prize (first prize and second prize vacancy) of the primary double Piano Group in the Western Competition District, 2013.5; independently directed Zhang Weiyao and Xiao Xue of Xi'an Jiaotong University, won the sixth prize of the primary group (amateur group) of the fourth KAWAI Asian Piano Competition finals, 2013.5; won the teaching exhibition of public art education course in Shaanxi Ordinary Colleges and universities in 2016.
