Position--Leading Teacher
Candidates expected:
➢ Professor: Appoints open to those who have doctoral degree, under 45-year-old, and have outstanding academic ability;
➢ Associate professor: Appoints open to those who have doctoral degree, at least 2 years overseas working experience or 12 months or more consecutive studying and working experience in overseas, with outstanding academic achievements and under 35-year-old ((candidates of humanities and social sciences should not more than 40-year-old);
➢ Lecturer: Appoints open to those who have doctoral degree, under 32-year-old (candidates of humanities and social sciences should not more than 35-year-old) and possess outstanding achievements in relevant academic field.
Salary and Social Welfare:
Individual salary package = basic salary + other income (merit pay by school + research and social service income)
Working Conditions and Benefits:
➢ Allowed to rent an apartment of XJTU or purchase one with preferential policy;
➢ Enjoys the same enrollment policy for children of XJTU staff to study at the affiliated kindergarten, primary school, middle or high school.
