Position--Leading Scholar
Candidates Expected:
➢ Academicians (CAS member or CAE member in China or equal in foreign countries); Scholars of the National Ten-thousand Talents Project; Distinguished Professors of the “Changjiang Scholars Program”; Winners of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, etc.
➢ Professors or scholars worked in internationally renowned universities or research institutions;
➢ Distinguished scholars who have undertaken national major research programs, possessed profound academic attainments, taken the lead in their fields, and obtained well-recognized achievements.
Salary and Social Welfare:
Individual salary package = basic salary + allowance by state/province + other income (merit pay by school + research and social service income)
Working Conditions and Benefits:
➢ Supporting funds for research can be provided as required;
➢ Allowed to rent an apartment of XJTU or purchase one with preferential policy;
➢ Enjoys the same enrollment policy for children of XJTU staff to study at the affiliated kindergarten, primary school, middle or high school.
